The insurance cover includes passenger liability protection and insurance cover of third party property damage up to RM 3,000,000.00. Q: Is there a breakdown service? A: KLCR has engaged the respective insurance panel Auto Assist 24 hours Breakdown Service to assist the hirer in case of any emergency situation. Q: Can cars be dropped off at another Location? A: Cars can be dropped off at another location nationwide. However, a repositioning fee will be levied in accordance with the distance of the location from the initial renting location. Q: What are the modes of payment? A: Methods of payment accepted are credit card (MasterCard/Visa/Amex) with a 3% surcharge, telegraphic transfer, cash deposit, and cheque. All charges for telegraphic transfer or other method are to be borne by the client. Q: Is there any additional charges if i want to name a second driver? A: No, The number of people you anticipate driving the car can also impact your cost.
